Rashidieh Center Activities – Two Weeks of October 2025

During the first two weeks of October 2025, the Rashidieh Center hosted a series of diverse and engaging activities targeting children, mothers, and youth as part of its ongoing community development and psychosocial support programs.

Family Happiness Program

On October 5, 2025, the Rashidieh Center organized several activities under the Family Happiness Program.

  • A fun and interactive activity for a group of children aimed at fostering creativity and teamwork.

  • An honoring ceremony for the mothers’ committee, appreciating their continuous efforts and contributions to family well-being.

  • Two important awareness sessions for mothers were held — one focused on mental health, and the other on breast cancer awareness, emphasizing the importance of early detection and emotional care.

Kindergarten Program

Throughout the week, the center also implemented the Kindergarten Program in Rashidieh Camp, which included a meeting with mothers to strengthen the partnership between educators and parents in supporting early childhood learning.

Peer Education Program

On October 4, 2025, the Peer Education Program concluded its series of activities with a final event at the Rashidieh Center. The program empowered youth through participatory learning, dialogue, and leadership-building exercises.

Makani Project

Within the same period, two groups of youth participated in digital literacy and life skills sessions as part of the Makani Project. These sessions equipped participants with essential digital competencies and communication skills to support their personal and professional growth.

Psychosocial Support Program

Throughout the week, the Rashidieh Center also organized several awareness sessions for different groups of mothers, focusing on psychosocial well-being, stress management, and emotional support strategies.

These activities reflect the center’s continued commitment to enhancing community resilience, promoting mental health, and empowering families through education and awareness.
